Server logs show the per-signal breakdown (rate, header anomaly, IP reputation,
TLS fingerprint). IP rep + TLS fingerprint need IP_REPUTATION_FILE /
TLS_FINGERPRINT_HEADER env vars set on the server. Honeypot fires at verify time.
